The world of Kazaar is a fascinating world indeed, but how does it
work? Find out with the science of Kazaar.

The world of Kazaar is based of Earth, but not anywhere near Earth. It is tucked in a pocket of
the universe, secluded from most everything else. Kazaar is older than Earth, by a few billion years, but people
have inhabited it for way less time.
Kazaar is divided into seven continents, which are ALWAYS floating away from each other.
The only thing that does keep them together is an energy field of immense gravity. Know these continents and you
will know what will happen in the other seven episodes. The continents are the following:
Gosheon
Gosheon is the main continent on Kazaar. It's capital in the first book is Kai'eshnia, the Holy City.
Gosheon is where the heroes Garent, Meredith, Hyrium, Xierra, Ishtar, and Zoshonell live. Gosheon is the most industrialized
continent on Kazaar at all times. It, however, is second in technology. Later, the capital is the more influential, Gosheon Polis.
Geotropolis
Geotropolis is an underground city. It is actually more like a clustering of cities. Because of the
bureacratic inefficiency, it is not the most industrialized. It, however, is trailing close behind Gosheon. When Gosheon has
technology in the 1300s, Geotropolis has technologies in the 1600s. The gap, throughout more books, only gets greater. Geotropolis's capital
is The Network Crawling. Geotropolis is not focused on in Episode I.
Lenian
Lenian is a sky city. It's empire, only east wind types, stretches over vast outreaches of clouds. The only technology it focuses on
is weightless/less weight applications, and hovercraft. If a ufo is seen on Kazaar, Lenian is the source. The castle is, duh, Lenian Castle. Lenian is not focused
on in Episode I.
Raz
Raz is the second ground continent. The citizens here focus on advancement in auran sciences. Therefore, almost everyone here is an auran
warrior. Raz is the opposite of Gosheon in topography: Gosheon contains montains and hills, Raz is mostly forest, and plains. The capital is New Bindine City.
Homeon
Homeon is the land from whence the Banastians came. There is nothing but disease and misfortrune here.
Everyone who comes here must leave or surely perish. The main advance in technology that Homeon gave to Kazaar was the apex of victory: land travel, sea travel, and
air travel. Thus, they also advance to space travel in a future book before all else. The capital for Homeon is constantly changing. Currently, it's Hanella's Cathedral.
Balderah
Balderah is the continent for education. They don't make any real significant advances, but further polish what others have done.
Their capital is Phoenix City. There, the Auran Warrior Academy lies where everybody who is anybody goes. Balderah is not explained in Episode I.
Astarath
The permanent colony of Homeon that survives is called Astarath. This is in the future, when they have colonized one of the most outerbound continents. The capital is
Last Chance Humanities.
Whew! That was tough to place. One may be wondering why there are so many continents not explained in the first book.
This is because each book focuses on one continent. In the fifth episode, the heroes (spoilers) go to all the continents, but that is not an issue currently. Now, the next thing
to discuss, (if you are ready for more science fiction than necessary), is the calendar system.
The year for Kazaar is 366 days long. Surprisingly close to Earth. The months are divided into six months that are 61 days long each. A day is 16 hours long, which basically means
that instead of one through twelve, with twelve being half day/half night, it is one through thirteen, with thirteen being the half day/night.
The months go like this.
First Month-Seraph
Second Month-Osiris
Third Month-Hanella
Fourth Month-Banastas
Fifth Month-Gaea
Sixth Month-Pyro
I believe that is it for the mechanics of Kazaar so far.
